Job summary

Smartland Boutique Early Learning is a family-owned childcare provider on the Gold Coast, delivering play-based learning in warm environments and building strong community ties. We seek an Early Childhood Educator who can foster curious, confident learners while partnering with families to support each child’s development.

The role requires a Diploma or Cert III in ECE, current WWC, and up-to-date First Aid/CPR plus emergency training.

Qualifications

• Must hold Diploma or Cert III in Early Childhood Education.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid CPR and emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• Experience with the NQF, NQS, EYLF & QKLG.

Responsibilities

• Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
• Participate in professional and personal development.
• Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the vision, mission and values.
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of the studio program.

Role Requirements

• an ability to interpret curriculum documents
• effective oral and written communication skills
