Job summary

Little Darlings Caringbah South is seeking enthusiastic Educators to join our Caringbah South NSW centre on a full-time basis. You will help deliver quality childcare, implement educational programmes, and support the holistic development of children in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will plan age-appropriate activities, maintain records, and communicate with families about progress and wellbeing. Applicants should have an eligible ECE qualification, current First Aid/CPR, and a Working with

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and experiences that promote children’s development.
• Provide direct care and supervision in a safe, inclusive environment.
• Build positive relationships with children and families and communicate progress.
• Maintain comprehensive records of children’s development, observations and attendance.
• Ensure the centre environment is safe, clean and compliant with standards.
• Support children’s personal care needs, including mealtimes and hygiene.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver programming that meets all children's needs.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and participate in development activities.
• Promote inclusion and cultural diversity within the centre.
