Riverina Kids Early Learning Centre is a small, family-owned centre seeking enthusiastic and motivated educators with Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. Join a supportive team and contribute to high-quality care and learning.

You will work in a close-knit environment with opportunities for professional development and paid training, aligned to the NQF and National Regulations.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved qualification)
• Current NSW Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, or willingness to obtain
• Child Protection and National Child Safety Training (assistance provided to obtain)
• Commitment to high-quality care and learning for children

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality care, education and supervision to ensure safety, wellbeing and development of all children
• Follow service policies and regulatory requirements (NQF, National Regulations and National Law)
• Create safe, inclusive, engaging and fun learning environments
• Contribute to planning and delivery of meaningful learning experiences
• Build positive relationships with children, families and fellow educators
• Participate in teamwork, routines and service operations
• Maintain supervision practices and duty of care
• Support a positive workplace culture through communication and collaboration
