Job summary

YMCA Victoria, including the Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre, is seeking qualified staff to support 115-place long day care with sessional kindergarten. You’ll work 6:30am–5:30pm, promoting strong relationships with families and ensuring child safety and wellbeing.

Training and development are provided within a supportive team environment. We value staff who are eager to learn, lead by example, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive centre culture across our programs and wider

Qualifications required

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early - Childhood/Children’s services
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• Protecting Children - Mandatory Reporting & Other Obligations Early Childhood
• National child safety training - Foundation training
• Employee Working with Children Check

About the centre

YMCA Lightning Reef Early Learning Centre is a 115 place Long Day Care service, which also offers sessional kindergarten. We are committed to building strong relationships with our families, and understanding and supporting the complex needs of both the children and families attending our service.

Lightning Reef Centre Hours: 6:30am - 5:30pm
