Job summary

Curious Kids in NSW is seeking an Educator who will create meaningful, play-based learning experiences that spark curiosity, confidence and a love of learning.

You will build strong relationships with children and families, uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture while mentoring others as needed.

This role supports ongoing professional development and career progression within a growing organisation committed to child safety.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved ECT qualification, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III with commitment to progression.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Leadership experience or potential to step into leadership.
• Current NSW Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, play-based learning experiences that respond to children's interests, strengths and needs.
• Build genuine, respectful relationships with children and families.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive and inspiring team culture.
• Mentor and support fellow educators where appropriate.
• Contribute to an Exceeding quality learning environment.
