Job summary

Busy Bees Willetton is seeking a passionate Educator to join our team at 1 Cameron Crt, Willetton 6155, on a full-time basis. You will support the delivery of high-quality education and care, helping to create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

Your role includes implementing EYLF play-based learning, maintaining a safe, inclusive space, building relationships with children and families, supporting daily routines, and contributing to standards set by NQS.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA is required.
• Experience working as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).
