Job summary

Busy Bees Willetton is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support play-based learning aligned with EYLF and help create a nurturing environment where children thrive.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, current First Aid/CPR, WA WWC, and a collaborative mindset. Uniform and development opportunities provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for WA.
• Experience working as an Educator in Australia is highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of play-based learning aligned with EYLF.
• Assist in providing a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all children.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and team members.
• Support daily routines, activities and supervision of children.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards aligned with the NQS.
