Inventors of the Future Pty Ltd in Newport, Victoria is seeking passionate Full Time and Casual Educators (Diploma or Certificate III) to join our early childhood team.

You will plan and deliver engaging programs for children aged 0-5, observe progress, and liaise with families while ensuring compliance with childcare standards.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience in a similar early childhood education role with knowledge of child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families and colleagues.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate educational programs supporting development.
• Provide a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for learning and play.
• Observe and document children's progress and collaborate with families.
• Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of our early childhood education programs.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
