• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Experience in a similar early childhood education role with knowledge of child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families and colleagues.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

Inventors of the Future Pty Ltd is seeking passionate and experienced Full Time and Casual Educators (Diploma or Certificate III) to join our team in Newport, VIC. As a key member of our early childhood education team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years. There are both full time and casual roles, with opportunities for career development and growth within our innovative organisation.

What you'll be doing

Assisting in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate educational programs that support children's cognitive, physical, social and emotional development

Providing a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play

Observing and documenting children's progress, and collaborating with families to support their children's learning and wellbeing

Ensuring compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our early childhood education programs

Participating in team meetings, professional development and other activities as required

What we're looking for

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Demonstrated experience working in a similar early childhood education role, with a strong understanding of child development and best practices in early childhood pedagogy

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences

A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate

Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the children and the Centre
