Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Young, NSW, seeks a dedicated Educator for the Preschool room on a fixed-term contract from January 2027 to July 2027. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) with a pay rate of $39.91 per hour, plus Superannuation and staff discounts.

You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to deliver engaging learning experiences, uphold safety, and support inclusive practices across the program.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• As a Goodstart Educator, you will craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children.
• Work alongside Senior Educators and Educational Leader to implement learning plans.
• Prioritise safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.

Education
