Goodstart Early Learning in Dubbo, NSW is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Educator (38 hours per week) to deliver high‑quality early childhood education. You will work with Senior Educators and an Educational Leader to plan and deliver engaging programs, prioritising safety, inclusivity, and child wellbeing.

You’ll need a Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) and a current NSW Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Diploma or CIII in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance high-quality learning programs for children.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure safety and inclusivity.
• Contribute to a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment for all children.
