Little Miracles is seeking Diploma or Certificate 3 qualified educators to support our Central Coast centres, including Erina, Point Clare, Niagara Park, Terrigal, Wamberal, Tuggerah and Kanwal. You will work with passionate teams, supporting children and families in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Ability to create learning experiences around children’s interests.
• Ensure the centre environment is developmentally appropriate.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
• Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment.
• Work as part of a supportive team culture.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families and work colleagues.
• Build rapport with children through play, engage in conversation and help to create learning experiences around their interests.
• Ensure the centre environment is developmentally appropriate for children.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
• Create a friendly, secure and interactive learning environment.
• Be part of a supportive team environment and culture that values collaboration through sharing information and teamwork.
• Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are always maintained.
