Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education in Tullamarine is seeking a full-time Educator to create engaging, safe learning experiences for young children. You will join a supportive team with a rotating roster and a 7am–6pm window.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate 3 or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, WWCC (VIC), and commitment to Child Protection training. Guardian offers above‑award pay, Thrive program, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of GECCKO mandatory Child Protection training.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards).
• Availability to work 7am–6pm, Mon-Fri with rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).
• Ideal: Child Protection Certificate, Food Safety Certificate, 2–3 years in ECE.
