Montessori Academy is seeking enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our centres in Mount Pritchard and Fairfield for a full-time role. You will help create engaging learning environments where children can thrive while developing your own professional skills within a supportive and expanding organisation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Commitment to providing exceptional education and care.
• Previous leadership experience (highly regarded for Room Leader positions).
