Montessori Academy invites passionate educators to join our network of campuses across Sydney's South West region. We seek Certificate III and Diploma‑qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to deliver high-quality education and care in our Montessori-centred settings.

You'll foster relationships with children and families, contribute to engaging programs aligned with EYLF, and thrive in a supportive, development‑oriented environment with opportunities for leadership and career

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proactive, positive and professional approach.
• Previous leadership experience (highly regarded for Room Leader positions).

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our network of centres throughout the South West Sydney region.
Our centres include:
