Twin Towns Early Learning Centre in Tweed Heads NSW is seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators across qualification levels (Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent). Join a five-room service serving children 6 weeks to school age with a strong community focus.

We offer a supportive team, strong professional development and opportunities to lead program planning while upholding child safety and high-quality caregiving.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Working With Children Check.
• National Police Check.
• Child Protection Certificate.
• Current First Aid and CPR qualifications.
• Geccko Child Safety Modules 1 and 2 completed.

Aufgaben

• Be passionate about inspiring and extending the learning of our youngest learners.
• Plan engaging, thought-provoking and inquisitive learning programs that encourage children to explore, question and discover.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute positively to our workplace culture.
• Share knowledge, support colleagues and mentor or delegate where appropriate.
• Demonstrate initiative, professionalism and a willingness to continually grow and develop.
• Uphold child safety and child protection in every decision.
• Build genuine, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Be available to work four to five days a week to provide consistency for the children and families.
