Job summary

KiDZSPOT Early Learning Centres in Glendenning NSW is seeking a qualified Certificate III Educator to join our team and support children aged 2 to 5 years. You will help deliver and review the education program while prioritising child safety and wellbeing.

Responsibilities include following our schedule, contributing to daily tasks, communicating with families and maintaining a professional Centre environment. Overseas applicants cannot be considered.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Certificate III qualification from an Australian institution.
• Must hold a current Working with Children Clearance check and National Police Check.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid certificates plus child safety training.
• Able to work morning and afternoon shifts (7am–6pm).

Responsibilities

• Ensure child safety is the top priority by following KiDZSPOT policies.
• Contribute to development, planning, implementation and review of the education program.
• Complete daily tasks to the required standard and follow the schedule.
• Share workload and communicate effectively with team and families.
• Keep Centre and staff presented professionally and with respect.
• Stay informed, curious and seek opportunities to improve practices.
