Job summary

Northern Beaches Council is seeking an Early Childhood Educator (Cert III) for a permanent full-time role (38 hours per week). The salary range has been adjusted with retention funding to reflect wage increases for eligible positions.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education is required.
• Experience delivering quality early years programs is desirable.

• Develop, plan, and implement a quality program reflecting the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Support colleagues and work collaboratively to deliver early learning services.
• Create a stimulating environment to foster children's development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators and the community.

Job description

Title: Early Childhood Educator (Cert III),Permanent - Full-time Role, 38hours per week

Salary Range: $67,773.08 – $78,763.34 per annum + super (subject to skills and experience) (in accordance with the Local Government Award). Northern Beaches Council has successfully secured Retention Grant funding to support wage increases for eligible early childhood education positions. For the duration of this funding, the adjusted salary range will be $75,509.12 - $87,491.18.
