Explorers Early Learning in Mornington is seeking a Casual Educator to join our Reggio Emilia-inspired service by the beach. You’ll help create meaningful learning experiences and support nursery-aged children across eight rooms in a vibrant community.

Qualificações

• ACECQA-approved qualification (Cert III or higher).
• Passion for working with nursery-aged children.
• Strong commitment to child safety and wellbeing.
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Working with Children Check & Mandatory Reporting.

Our Mornington centre is a large, vibrant service with 8 rooms and 150 approved places, currently operating at full occupancy. Conveniently located next to the beach, the centre is easily accessible via a nearby bus stop and is surrounded by shops, cafes, gyms, medical centres, and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Local parking is also available for staff. The service is proudly meeting ACECQA standards and offers a supportive and well-established environment for educators to thrive.

Working within our Reggio Emilia-inspired approach, you’ll help create meaningful learning experiences that empower children to explore, discover, and grow with confidence.
