Job summary

Explorers Early Learning Williamstown is seeking a passionate Permanent Educator to join our warm, collaborative team. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, nurture children's confidence and build meaningful relationships with families in a Reggio Emilia–inspired environment.

You’ll be supported by experienced leaders invested in your professional growth, with opportunities for career progression and ongoing development within our expanding Explorers network.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Early Childhood Educator in a Long Day Care setting.
• Commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid/Allergies certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Australian working rights and availability for varied shifts Monday–Friday.

What you'll be doing

As an Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, engaging and inclusive environment where children feel safe, supported and inspired to learn.

You'll bring:

• An ACECQA-approved Certificate III, Diploma or higher qualification.


• Experience working as a qualified Early Childhood Educator in a Long Day Care setting.


• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.


• A strong commitment to child safety, inclusion and high-quality education.


• Current Working with Children Check.


• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).


• Current Mandatory Reporting and National Child Safety Training (Foundations of Child Safety), or willingness to complete prior to commencement.


• Australian working rights.


• Availability to work a variety of shifts between our opening and closing hours, Monday to Friday.
