Young Academics Early Learning Centre is seeking an Early Childhood Educator for our Leumeah Service. The role is part-time, 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday, focusing on delivering EYLF-aligned programs and maintaining safe, inclusive environments.
You will observe and record children's learning, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to continuous service improvement. NSW WWCC and relevant certificates are required.

As an Early Childhood Educator at Young Academics, you will create meaningful learning experiences that support children's learning, development, safety and wellbeing. You will deliver engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Standard (NQS) and our service philosophy, while creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
Child safety is at the heart of everything we do. You will maintain active supervision, embed safeguarding practices into your everyday work and collaborate with fellow educators and families to support each child's wellbeing, confidence and love of learning.
This position is a part time role- 10am-4pm (Monday to Friday)
