Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Nominated Supervisor - Director for Uniting Kids Care Early Learning Springwood. You will lead a team of qualified educators, oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with the National Quality Standards.

The role is permanent full-time with an above-market hourly rate (38–63 AUD) plus a Director’s Allowance, superannuation, and salary packaging. You will influence curriculum choices that support belonging, wellbeing and curiosity for children aged two to five.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (as required)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Nominated Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of National Quality Standards and ECE best practice
• Proven leadership and organisational abilities, clear communication
