You will lead a multidisciplinary allied health team delivering intake, triage, pathway determination and service navigation to support children aged 8 and under with developmental needs.

• Strong knowledge in child development, early intervention and family-centred practice.

Responsabilidades

• Lead intake, triage, pathway determination and service navigation for a multidisciplinary allied health team.
• Provide clinical and professional leadership that promotes high-quality, evidence-informed practice.
• Build workforce capability through supervision, coaching and professional development.
• Oversee intake and triage to connect children and families with appropriate supports.
• Monitor demand, waitlists and service quality to ensure timely access and identify improvement opportunities.
