E&I Supervisor — Front-End LNG/Gorgon (2:2 Roster)

Job summary

UGL is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join the Chevron Gorgon project on a 2:2 site roster. You will lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians, coordinate with other disciplines and deliver front-end readiness for brownfield activities.

The role requires a WA Electrical Licence, Cert IV Instrumentation (EEHA), LNG/O&G experience, strong planning and execution skills, and familiarity with JDE/CMMS. You will uphold safety, quality and procedural discipline on 12-hour shift days.

Qualifications

• WA Electrical Licence required.
• Cert IV Instrumentation (EEHA)
• Proven E&I Supervisor experience in LNG/Oil & Gas.
• Strong E&I Planning & Execution skills.
• Working knowledge of JDE and CMMS is highly desirable.
• Strong Excel capability and computer literacy (Power BI advantageous).
• Ability to work independently while engaging with client representatives.
• Commitment to safety, quality and procedural discipline.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians to ensure coordinated execution of tasks.
• Enforce safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards and policies.
• Conduct inspections to guarantee quality and conformance to project specs.
• Develop and maintain schedules for Electrical activities across disciplines.
• Allocate resources, equipment and materials to meet project needs.
• Foster effective communication within the team and with project managers.
• Identify and resolve issues with proactive, innovative solutions.
• Ensure accurate and timely HV activity documentation (reports and logs).
• Operate on a 2:2 roster with 12-hour days per shift.
