Job summary

UGL is seeking an experienced E&I QA/QC professional to join the Chevron Brownfields team in Perth, site-based (5:2). The role focuses on managing E&I QA/QC inputs and outputs to achieve project quality outcomes, ensuring contractual compliance and robust quality delivery.

You will lead QA across E&I scopes, develop ITPs, WPS, weld maps, and traceability, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven reporting. Strong Excel/Power BI skills and stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven QA/QC experience in oil & gas or major projects.
• Experience building E&I Job Packs.
• Commissioning and systems completion experience.
• Knowledge of industry codes, standards and best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality leadership, advice, and assurance across E&I scopes.
• Support pre-mobilisation readiness through development of ITPs, WPS, weld maps and traceability.
• Coordinate and maintain quality control systems and registers.
• Review quality performance and compliance against project requirements.
• Implement quality performance measures and reporting, including trend analysis.
• Support inspection planning and scheduling.
• Deliver quality education and guidance to project teams.
• Identify and manage quality risks impacting execution outcomes.
• Review upcoming scopes to ensure quality readiness.
• Produce timely quality reports with mitigation strategies.
