Job summary
Verbrec is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Program Manager to lead delivery of energy projects across Australia. You will build and execute an E&I growth strategy, engage clients, and drive bids and delivery to convert opportunities into outcomes.
You will mentor the E&I team, govern programs across multiple projects, manage schedule, cost, risk and change, and travel to client sites as required to ensure safety, quality and commercial success.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering and RPEQ/CPEng certification.
- Extensive E&I delivery experience in heavy industry or energy sectors.
- Experience leading bids for EPC/EPCM scopes and engaging clients.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute an E&I growth strategy across target sectors, clients, and regions.
- Lead client engagement and early-stage shaping, including solution development and delivery models.
- Drive bid plans, win strategy, and coordinate inputs from engineering, estimating, delivery, and subcontractors.
- Grow and mentor the Verbrec E&I team across portfolio projects, enabling safe, quality delivery.
- Own program governance across schedule, cost, scope, risks, and delivery performance.
