Job summary

Linkforce is seeking an E&I Project Coordinator to join our hybrid team, working from the Pert CBD Head Office and on site. You will lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to achieve key project deliverables with emphasis on safety, risk management and productivity.

The successful candidate will have a relevant trade or engineering qualification, at least 5 years in management or coordination, and experience across Civil, SMP and E&I disciplines on multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant trade or engineering qualification.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management, coordination or senior supervisory position.
• Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and other industrial construction projects.
• Experience in CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary (Civil, SMP and E&I) project environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of trade and non-trade personnel to deliver project milestones.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure controls, tools and resources are available.
• Monitor project tracking against schedule and budget.
• Review site quality documentation and compile client close-out packs.
• Manage procurement to ensure crews have equipment and materials from start.
