Job summary

Wood is seeking an Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Planner to join the Ampol Lytton Refinery team in Brisbane on a permanent basis. The role involves preparing scheduled work orders, interrogating SAP for necessary information, and closing out jobs with SAP PM proficiency.

The ideal candidate will have EI background with planning experience, familiarity with refining or heavy industry, and a proactive stance on safety improvements. Candidates must have full work rights in Australia.

Qualifications

• Electrical & Instrumentation background with planning experience.
• Experience in refining, oil & gas or heavy industry preferred.
• SAP PM experience and extensive SAP knowledge.
• Proactive in identifying safety improvements and contributing to practices.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate SAP and extract approved and scheduled work orders.
• Determine scope of activity to execute the work order and restore equipment to service.
• Package the work as a work pack with tasks, disciplines, materials, vendors, PMCs and services.
• Maintain overview of constraints to ensure scheduling when materials, resources and plant are available.
• Collect data from execution team and enter into SAP; sign-off of work orders.
• Liaise with Lead/Integrated Planner on 90 Day / 28 Day / Shutdown planning and ad-hoc plans.
