Job summary

Wood is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Planner in Brisbane to join our team on a rotating and fixed asset program at the Lytton Refinery. You will support the Lead Planner with scoping, estimating and planning for all site work, while helping implement planning and quality processes and ensuring CMMS data integrity.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Mechanical trade.
• CMMS knowledge with SAP experience.
• Experience in a similar industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Review CMMS daily for approved notifications and create work orders.
• Conduct site inspections to provide a detailed scope of work.
• Populate work orders with tasks, hours, materials and vendor requirements.
• Maintain integrity of CMMS data.
• Manage stock, identify part numbers and purchase information for non-stock items.
• Attend weekly planning and scheduling meetings.
• Capture feedback after job completion to improve future work.
• Contribute to development and control of area budgets.
• Identify safety improvements and promote best practices.
