Mermaid Beach Pharmacy on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Dispensary Technician to join our team. You will be the organiser who keeps Webster packing and dispensary operations running smoothly while taking ownership of front-of-shop presentation and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Webster Packing: coordinate and maintain the Webster packing service with accuracy and timeliness.
• Front of Shop: own the presentation, merchandising and stock management of the retail space.
• Dispensary Support: assist pharmacists with prescription processing and dispensary operations.
• Customer Service: build relationships with patients and provide friendly, professional service.
• Stock Management: order, receive and maintain stock levels to keep operations smooth.

Are you an experienced pharmacy technician who enjoys being the person who keeps everything organised, running smoothly and under control?

We're looking for a reliable, motivated and enthusiastic Dispensary Technician to join our Mermaid Beach Pharmacy team.

This isn't a role where you'll be stuck doing the same thing all day! We're looking for someone who enjoys a bit of everything - from managing Webster packs and supporting the dispensary to taking ownership of our front of shop operations.

Our Mermaid Beach Pharmacy is part of a progressive and innovative healthcare company specialising in community pharmacy, fertility medications and specialised healthcare services.

Located alongside a busy medical centre and specialist clinics, our pharmacy offers a unique mix of traditional community pharmacy and specialised patient care.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for a true pharmacy all rounder who enjoys variety and isn't afraid to take ownership of their responsibilities.

Your role will include:

• Webster Packing: Coordinating and maintaining our Webster packing service, ensuring accuracy, organisation and timely completion.
• Front of Shop: Taking ownership of the presentation, merchandising, stock management and general organisation of our retail space.
• Dispensary Support: Assisting pharmacists with prescription processing, medication orders and general dispensary operations.
• Customer Service: Building relationships with our patients and providing friendly, professional service.
• Stock Management: Ordering, receiving and maintaining stock levels to keep everything running efficiently.
• Teamwork: Working closely with our pharmacists and wider team to ensure the pharmacy operates smoothly.

Who are we looking for?

Ideally, you'll already have experience working in a community pharmacy and be confident with Webster packing.

But just as importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude!

Someone who:

• Is organised, reliable and has great attention to detail.
• Has experience with Webster packing and dispensary operations.
• Enjoys taking initiative and doesn't need to be told what to do next.
• Takes pride in keeping things looking great and running efficiently.

• Brings a positive attitude and a sense of humour to work!

Previous pharmacy experience is highly desirable, particularly with Webster packing.
