Job summary

Rare Spares in Blacktown is seeking a dedicated E-commerce Picker and Packer to join our store team. You will receive orders, pick inventory, pack for dispatch and create freight consignments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

This full-time role emphasises safety, quality service and teamwork. You’ll work closely with the E-Commerce team to keep orders moving smoothly and maintain high standards of order accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in receiving orders and preparing shipments.
• Ability to lift, bend and climb as required.
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

About the role:

OureCommercebusiness is growing, and we are offering a full time position for a self-motivated and work focused individual to join our team as aPicker and Packerat ourBlacktownretail store.

This position will include, but not be limited to, receiving orders, picking inventory, packing for dispatch and creating freight consignments.

Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and dispatch of orders.
• Action requests for any changes to orders.
• Ensure all orders being sent out are to our standards.
• Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Communicate with the E-Commerce team to keep transparency on progress and any problems that may arise.

Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
