Job summary

DiroDi Electric Bikes is seeking a practical, technically minded person to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across our range of electric bikes. This is a hands-on, workshop-and-field role, not a traditional call-centre position.

You’ll investigate faults, troubleshoot bikes and components, and guide customers through diagnostic and repair steps, working closely with our team to resolve cases and improve documentation.

Qualifications

• We’re seeking fault-finders who understand how things work.
• Bike mechanic or e-bike experience would be a strong advantage, but not essential if you have the right technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical e-bike faults.
• Troubleshoot motors, controllers, displays, sensors, brakes, wiring and other components.
• Provide technical support by phone and email.
• Guide customers through diagnostic and repair steps.
• Inspect and test bikes and components when required.
• Manage technical cases from initial investigation through to resolution.
• Support warranty assessments and identify appropriate replacement parts.
• Work with technicians, spare parts, product and customer teams to resolve more complex issues.
• Document faults and solutions so recurring problems become easier to solve.
• Help improve our technical guides and internal knowledge base.
• Identify recurring product issues and share what you’re seeing with the wider team.
