Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Test Manager to lead a major system modernization program in Sydney. The role focuses on defining and executing the testing strategy for migrating legacy systems to a cloud-based Dynamics 365 ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on automation and DevOps in an Agile setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing testing for large-scale MS Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Solid experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks within a DevOps environment.
• Strong understanding of data ingestion, SQL, and cloud-based architecture (Azure).
• Expert-level Agile delivery knowledge and the ability to manage testing within fast-paced sprint cycles.
• Experience in 'monolith-to-cloud' migration projects is highly regarded.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical risks into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the end-to-end Testing Strategy for the modernisation program, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems to MS Dynamics 365.
• Oversee testing across CRM modules with heavy customisations and integrations.
• Drive a shift-left approach by integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
• Manage both Functional (System, Integration, UAT) and Non-Functional (Performance, Security, Scalability) testing workstreams.
• Lead the defect triage process, working closely with developers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with external agencies and internal digital product teams to ensure interoperability and performance standards.
