Job summary

NRW Holdings is seeking a Business Applications Platform Specialist to configure, develop and support the Microsoft business platforms underpinning operations from our Perth HQ. You will work with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Power Platform and Copilot Studio to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with finance, procurement, projects and supply chain teams, ensuring governance, testing and production support across the D365 environment.

• Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across modules.

• Proven Power Platform delivery experience including model-driven and canvas apps.

Responsibilities

• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet business requirements across modules.
• “Develop X++ extensions and customisations”
• Investigate and resolve production issues including data and configuration problems
• Support period-end, release and regression testing cycles in D365
• Design and build model-driven and canvas apps, Dataverse solutions and Power Automate flows
• Extend and integrate Power Platform solutions with D365 and wider environment
• Provide governance and guardrails for platform solutions
• Build, configure and maintain Copilot Studio agents
• Work with Data & AI to ensure governed data usage
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into platform solutions
• Deliver workshops, demonstrations and user training
• Provide application support across platforms and contribute to continuous improvement
