Qualifications

• Experience creating functional design documents and training materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects from start to finish.
• Conduct workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Configure Dynamics CRM modules and define business process flows.
