Club Southport is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to lead campaigns and grow the social presence across three brands, including CS i Club Southport, SIDETRACKED, and a new precinct in development.

You will work with the Marketing Manager and Creative team to ensure on-time execution of campaigns, promotions and events while maintaining smooth marketing operations across channels.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years in marketing or commercial social media management or equivalent experience.
• Experience working in a professional environment.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, events or another customer-facing business is highly regarded.
• Hands-on experience running business social accounts: scheduling, publishing and answering comments.
• Comfortable in Meta Ads Manager, or confident you can pick it up quickly.
• CapCut at an intermediate level, and confidence with Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Grow and manage social presence across three brands: CS i Club Southport, SIDETRACKED, and a new precinct.
• Own the social content calendar and plan weeks ahead.
• Shoot, plan and edit short-form video in-venue, often on the night.
• Write captions that sound authentic to the brands.
• Monitor and engage with online communities and reviews.
• Build, schedule and monitor paid social campaigns across channels.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Update websites with events and promotions.
• Prepare member communications and coordinate design briefs with the Creative team.
• Support marketing strategy across core departments.
