Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role within fast food or hospitality.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during shifts.

• Flexible availability across a rotating roster (days, nights, weekends, holidays).

• Lead and motivate the team during shifts to ensure peak performance and a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Delegate tasks effectively to team members for smooth operations.
• Oversee food safety protocols and health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and feedback.
• Support management in achieving operational targets and brand standards.
