Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Understanding of and empathy towards the specific educational needs of people in a diverse rural community.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum across all key learning areas.
• Develop and implement differentiated learning programs to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
• Create inclusive classroom environments that support all learners, including students with additional needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress using a variety of assessment strategies.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students to support their learning growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student achievement, attendance, and behaviour.
• Participate in curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation processes.
