Job summary

SCEGGS Darlinghurst in inner-city Sydney is seeking an experienced Science teacher for a permanent part-time role (0.5–0.75 FTE) commencing in Term 1, 2027.

The successful applicant will have a strong knowledge of Junior Science and experience teaching Science at a senior level, with Biology experience advantageous. They should be capable of engaging girls across Years 7–12 and differentiating curriculum with varied pedagogical strategies and technology.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Junior Science and experience teaching Science at a senior level.
• Biology teaching experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to teach Year 7–12 and differentiate curriculum with varied pedagogy.
• Demonstrated use of technology to enhance learning.
