Responsibilities

• Prepare equipment, samples, chemicals and demonstrations for practical lessons.
• Safely manage chemicals, laboratory waste and hazardous materials.
• Maintain laboratories, equipment and resources to a high safety standard.
• Support teachers and students with practical activities, experiments and field trips.
• Manage stock, inventory, chemical and safety registers and conduct stocktakes.
• Process orders, deliveries, invoices and purchasing of science resources.
• Perform equipment maintenance, calibration and repairs.
• Support STEM initiatives and student engagement.
• Maintain accurate records, procedures and safety documentation.
