Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality or high-volume retail.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral/written communication with strong team-building.
• Passionate about execution of quality food, service, safety, cleanliness, and speed.
• Dynamic, energetic leader, proactive in getting things done.
• Provides leadership and coaching for each employee in their restaurant.
• Nurture and develop new leaders.
• Drive a strong restaurant culture through reward and recognition in an inclusive environment.
• Voice ideas to continually improve operations.
• Ensure products are delicious, craveable, and instaworthy.
• Leave customers with a smile and ring our bell.
