Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality or high-volume retail.
• Proven track record of selecting, coaching and developing managerial staff.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with solid interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and team-building capabilities.
• Dynamic, energetic leadership focused on excellent execution and culture.
