Fletchers Real Estate Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced Property Management professional for a permanent, full-time Portfolio Relief & Support role in Melbourne.

You will cover Property Management portfolios across multiple offices, providing relief to Property Managers and supporting Inspection Consultants when needed. Qualifications

• Two years' experience in residential Property Management.
• Sound understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Current Victorian Agent's Representative qualification and valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Step in to manage Property Management portfolios during staff leave and absences.
• Provide relief for inspections, conducting routine inspections, condition reports and open homes.
• Assist with additional Property Management tasks during busy periods.
• Work closely with established teams to ensure a seamless experience for rental providers and renters.
