Qualifications

• Recognition of a 4-year full-time tertiary teaching qualification.
• ACT Teacher Quality Institute Teacher Registration (or eligibility to apply).
• Valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People registration (or eligibility to apply).
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid working visa.
• Resume detailing teaching experience and qualifications.
• Academic transcripts (preferably certified).
• Evidence of current teacher registration or enrolment in accredited initial teacher education.
• Contact details for two teaching referees.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and teach students from kindergarten to year 6 using the Australian Curriculum (V9.0).
• Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues and the wider school community.
• Join a collaborative and supportive team focused on student wellbeing and achieving student learning outcomes.
• Apply teaching strategies and curriculum knowledge to drive improved student outcomes.
• Bring well-developed classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate students.
