Job summary

NSW Health's Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney is seeking a Medical Radiation Scientist (Radiographer Level 3 Grade 3) with ultrasound expertise. The role covers ultrasound and radiography across general, obstetrics, gynaecology and breast imaging, with full-time hours 35 per week or part-time as available.

You must meet ASMIRT/AHPRA registration, hold NSW Radiation Control Act licence, and be prepared for shift work, on-call and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must hold ASMIRT accredited degree and AHPRA general registration.
• Licence to operate irradiating apparatus under NSW Radiation Control Act.
• Superior ultrasound scanning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound and radiographic imaging with safety emphasis.
• Work across a broad range of ultrasound services including obstetrics, gynecology and breast imaging.
• Fulfill shift work, on-call, and overtime as required.
