Job summary

St John Ambulance NSW is seeking qualified Trainer Assessors to deliver a broad range of first aid and health courses across the Sydney metro area. Training will occur at our premises, public venues, and corporate onsite workplaces.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality courses, maintaining student-centred learning, and integrating innovative teaching methods. A Certificate IV TAE40116 or higher and experience in health-related fields are essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Trainer and Assessor with Certificate IV TAE40116 or higher.
• Experience in first aid, mental health, healthcare, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable using technology in training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality first aid and health courses to diverse groups.
• Manage training materials, schedules, and assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to support learner progress.
