Lancemore Macedon Ranges & Cleveland Estate are seeking Casual Food & Beverage Attendants to join our premium Victorian properties in the Macedon Ranges and Yarra Valley. Work across weddings, conferences and dining experiences with a supportive, passionate hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience.
• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive, energetic and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• A willingness to learn and develop your hospitality skills.
• A strong focus on presentation and attention to detail.
• The flexibility to work across weekends, evenings and peak event periods.
• A genuine passion for food, wine and great service.
• Previous experience is highly regarded; however, a great attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

Responsibilities

• As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• From welcoming guests and delivering exceptional table service to supporting weddings, conferences and special events, no two days will be the same.
• You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of service styles and events while developing your hospitality skills within one of Australia's leading boutique hotel groups.
