Job summary

Lancemore Macedon Ranges is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Operations Manager to lead our F&B operation across weddings, conferences and events in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll work with the Executive Chef and leadership team to deliver exceptional dining experiences and drive commercial performance.

You’ll shape the F&B offer, develop your team and ensure service excellence during busy event periods, while maintaining our commitment to guest

• Lead our F&B operation and deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences across weddings, conferences and events.
