This role requires a current QLD RSA, a flexible 7-day roster, and the energy to set up and pack down conferences and events with precision and warmth. Based at Howard Smith Wharves, our team delivers sophisticated dining and leisure experiences.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment.
• Current QLD RSA Certificate is required.
• Availability across a 7-day roster – AM and PM shifts.
• High standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality.
• Engaging, confident and guest-centric character with a drive to provide memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to set up and pack down conferences and events using initiative and time management skills.
