Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the curriculum including literacy and numeracy integration.
• Experience planning for high impact teaching strategies and evaluating learning growth.
• Experience monitoring and assessing student learning and using data to inform practice.

Responsibilities

• Direct teaching of groups and individuals; contribute to curriculum development.
• Undertake other duties as determined by the principal.
• Engage in parent/teacher communications and school activities.
• Support school policies and priorities; participate in staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Provide mentoring and support to staff to improve instructional practice.
